Should you wish to extend your stay at The Ritz-Carlton, you can indicate this in your registration form and MCI will be in contact to assist with booking and invoicing for the extension. The group rate, starting from $499 USD plus applicable taxes, will apply three days before and three days after the conference dates (subject to availability). Your request will be submitted to the hotel on an individual basis, and you will be notified once the room category, rate and date availability have been confirmed. Although MCI will do their absolute best to accommodate your request, please note that rooms are not held, and extensions are subject to availability. If you are extending at another property, you are responsible for making your own arrangements.
