ACCOMMODATION
You accommodation will be booked for program dates at The Westbury upon receiving your registration – no action is required. Please note that all rooms are based on double occupancy, and there is very limited availability for larger room categories. Please reach out to our travel partner for more information on occupancy options.
Should you wish to extend your stay at The Westbury, you can indicate this in your registration form and MCI will be in contact to assist with booking and invoicing for the extension. The group rate is €530.00 including breakfast plus applicable taxes, will apply three days before and three days after the conference dates (subject to availability). Your request will be submitted to the hotel on an individual basis, and you will be notified once the room category, rate and date availability have been confirmed. Although MCI will do their absolute best to accommodate your request, please note that rooms are not held, and extensions are subject to availability. If you are extending at another property, you are responsible for making your own arrangements.

The Westbury Hotel in Dublin is a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the heart of the city’s cultural and social scene, specifically between Trinity College and St. Stephen’s Green. Balfes Bar & Brasserie
Located on Balfe Street, where Grafton Street and the Creative Quarter meet, Balfes is a vibrant all-day bistro with a 20-seater outdoor terrace, a zinc covered bar and an open kitchen serving beautifully prepared dishes such as seaweed-cured salmon gravadlax, roast Atlantic hake with quinoa and Asian greens, and superb rib eye steaks cooked on a Josper grill. Open Monday – Friday for breakfast 8:00am – 10:45am and for lunch/dinner 12:00pm – 9:30pm. On Saturday and Sunday they are open for brunch 9:00am – 3:45pm dinner 5:00pm – 9:30pm.
The Sidecar
The Sidecar, recently named 2024 Hotel Cocktail Bar of the Year, is a stylish, elegant and modern take on a 1930’s cocktail bar.
Why not try a hand-crafted martini made tableside with their unique, bespoke Martini Trolley. Or, their newest cocktail concept to launch at The Sidecar, ‘Dublin Unfiltered’ – a celebration of what it means to be a Dubliner, all captured in a series of images that are by turns nostalgic and exotic, delightful and a little bit peculiar. Open Monday – Thursday 2:00pm – 11:30pm, Friday – Saturday 12:00pm – 12:30am and Sundays 12:00pm – 11:00pm.

Perfect for a quick workout or a morning sweat session before exploring the city, the fitness suite caters to travelers who value wellness on the go. Though it may not rival a full-scale gym, it provides a quiet, convenient space to recharge and refocus.
